📦 Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain items such as e.g., perishable goods, digital downloads, personal care products, or custom items, cannot be returned.
If your item is damaged in transit, please take a picture of the package when it arrives, you are allowed to decline to receive the package if it is obviously destroyed if you want to.
Items damaged in transit will be paid for in full by the carrier, pictures speed that up.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error e.g. incorrect item.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at rodandodin@gmail.com before sending it back.
🚚 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
